TECHNEXT Organiser Portal
Manage your event or session for TechNExt
This year we have made it easier for TechNExt organisers to access information about their event or session by registering and logging into the website.

Registration
First you need to register for the organisers website. To do this head to:
https://technextorganisers.my.stacker.app/register

Please make sure that you use the same email address used when you submitted your hub session or fringe event to register (please note it is also case sensitive). Other email addresses will not be accepted by the system.
Logging In
Once you have received your login link and set up your password, you will be able to log in at the following address:
https://technextorganisers.my.stacker.app/login
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by entering your email address using this link:
https://technextorganisers.my.stacker.app/forgot-password
Once you are logged in, you should be able to see a list of all the events and sessions that you are the lead contact for.
Edit your Event
Once you are on your event page, you will see a number of details about the session or event. Depending on the type of event, you will see different information that you are able to edit using the "Edit" button in the top right hand corner of the page.

Note that some information is not available to edit - if you require any changes not available in the portal, please contact us by email getinvolved@technext.co.uk with details.
View your Attendees
Below the event details, you will find a list of the attendees that have registered for your event or session on the website. You will be able to see the name and organisation for each attendee, as well as the marketing permissions they have provided.
For more information about marketing and contacting attendees please see the sections below.
Add or Update Speakers
You can add or update your speakers in the portal, and add information that will be published on your event page. Click on the "Speakers" tab and you will see a list of speakers. If you want to add a speaker, click on the "Add New" button in the top right corner of the page.

You will then be asked to complete a short form, where each field is required. You need to add:
- Name
- Job Title
- Organisation
- Biography (please keep this above 100 charaters and below 600)
- Image (please use a square image at least 600 x 600 pixels)
Once you have filled in all the details, select "save" and within a few seconds you should see the details on your event or session page.

Download Marketing Data
When registering, attendees can opt in to receiving marketing from you. You are able to download the name, organisation and email address of those who have opted in by clicking on the "Marketing" tab on the event. You will see the list of attendees on this page and you can use the download button to download a CSV file of the data.

Privacy is really important to us. Please do not abuse this list, and once you have uploaded the details from the CSV file to your marketing tools, please remember to delete this file from your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by all relevant legislation in your storage and use of this data once downloaded, including but not restricted to GDPR regulations.
Send Email to Attendees
You can now send email to Attendees if you have a Fringe Event.
Hub session organisers will not be able to email people signed up to their sessions as all communications will be done centrally by the festival team. If you need to contact attendees for your hub session please check with the team by email to getinvolved@technext.co.uk
To send emails to your attendees you need to click on the "Messages" tab on your chosen event and click on the "Add New" button.

You will be asked to provide a subject (note this will be pre-fixed with "#TechNExt25:") and message contents. Details of the event, venue and date will be included in the email so you do not need to add these into the content.

Once you have saved your email, you will be able to send the email by pressing the "Send Email" button.

Please note: It may take an hour or two for emails to send as we test the new system. In a day or so we expect to make this real time.
